The service
Agent Lens reads public web pages for your software and returns what it finds. It follows each site's robots.txt and Content Signals, does not try to get past bot checks or human checks, and does not sign in. We aim to keep it running, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or able to read every page.
Using it responsibly
You are responsible for what you and your agents do with Agent Lens and with what it returns. In particular, you agree:
- to follow the law and the terms of the websites you read;
- not to use it to collect personal data unlawfully, to harass anyone, or to infringe copyright;
- not to try to get around its rules, limits or payment, or to attack it or the sites it reads;
- to keep your API key secret. Calls made with your key count as yours.
We may suspend a key that is used against these terms. If the suspension is not for abuse, unused credits on it are refunded.
Credits
Credits are bought in packs at the prices on the Agent Lens page. One credit is worth US$0.001. A call uses credits only when it succeeds. Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase that added them, cannot be exchanged for cash except as described under refunds, and are tied to the key they were added to.
If prices change, the new prices apply only to calls made after the change is posted on the Agent Lens page. Credits you already hold keep their value.
Refunds
- Unused pack: if you haven't used any credits from a pack, write to support@bastionhelix.com within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.
- Something went wrong on our side: if calls were charged that shouldn't have been, tell us and we will add the credits back or refund them.
- If we close the service: we will announce it on the Agent Lens page at least 30 days ahead and refund unused credits bought in the 12 months before closing.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider.
Liability
Agent Lens is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, have jurisdiction. Questions: support@bastionhelix.com. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with its date and applies from then on.
